Tayport fun fair: We hope they'll be back
Locals and visitors did not fail the visiting showmen in Tayport as crowds turned up throughout the week to have a spin on the waltzers, a shot on the more adventurous and soak up the carnival atmosphere.
The fun fair came back to the promenade in Tayport after an over 20-year hiatus.
The 35ft slide added great enjoyment for children and there were plenty of traditional skills stalls to test the coordination and patience of adults.
Cllr Bill Connor, Taybridgehead was the driving force behind bringing the fair back and he is hoping they will agree to return for the Gala on August 13.
